What is Blue Streak?
A weekly practice space for the skills you use every day
Blue Streak Toastmasters is a corporate club for anyone who works at or has retired from BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and affiliated companies. Every Wednesday from 12:00 to 12:55 PM on Microsoft Teams, members practice public speaking, impromptu thinking, constructive feedback, and meeting leadership in a structured, supportive environment.
This is not a class. There is no instructor. You learn by doing: delivering speeches, responding to unexpected questions, evaluating your peers, and running meetings. Every role builds a different skill, and you get honest feedback every time. Behind it all sits Pathways, Toastmasters’ structured education program, speech and leadership projects you progress through at your own pace, with the weekly meeting as the place that learning becomes real practice.
